Adult Dogs

 

If you are not sure which course of action would be best for your dog, then it is recommended that you do an assessment consultation. During an hour session with your trainer you will be able to talk over any issues you may be having, and your trainer will be able to advise you on the options that would best suit you and your dog. The Assessment Consultation is also a great opportunity for you to meet and get to know your trainer before you begin any formal training.

Having a particular issue with your dog? Such as pulling on the lead or recall problems, or just basic obedience, then this is probably the option for you. Each lesson lasts about an hour and this is usually working on a particular issue.  However, you may choose this option if you would prefer to train your dog at home or in a more natural environment, or if you are unable to attend classes. One to One Tuition is completely tailored to your needs.*  **

If you encounter problems on your walks either on or off lead, or possibly both, maybe you usually walk with a friend or group of people but when your dogs are together they misbehave or do not come back when called, this would be ideal for you. The trainer will come on your usual walk and observe the problem and then advise and help you to correct it.*

Some dogs display signs of aggression or nervousness toward people or other dogs. If this is the case, our Behavioural issue training could be just what you are looking for. Your trainer will come and observe the behaviour where it usually happens, and then give you advice and training on how to deal with it, and help you to understand why it is happening so that you are better adapted to helping your dog.*  **

*Please be aware that more than one session may be needed. This will be dependent on you as a handler and your dog.

**There may be additional fees if more than one dog is to be trained in one session. More time will be allocated for your session if this is the case.
